Rimrock Mountain Supply's Jackstrap

Suspension Restraint Strap

Without the Jackstrap, this 4' jack is almost maxed out and the tire isn't even off the ground!

With the aid of the Jackstrap, the tire is already beginning to lift off of the ground, and with much less effort!

GREAT ITEM TO AID IN REMOVING YOUR WHEEL WHEN IN THOSE TOUGH SITUATIONS WITHOUT HAVING TO JACK YOUR RIG WAY UP IN THE AIR!

WHAT WE THINK
Rimrock Mountain Supply has a very creative idea with the Jackstrap. The ability to lift your tire off of the ground with only a few inches of upward jack travel is great! There is no more worry about getting too tall with the jack to where your rig topples over, let alone running the jack  to it's maximum length! We agree with RMS in the fact that the Jackstrap makes your trail side repair faster, easier, and most importantly safer! RMS also recommends the Jackstrap for many other uses as well!

USING THE JACKSTRAP IS EASY

FOR YOUR FRONT AXLE:
First, Install the open hook end of the strap around your upper shock stud or mount.
Next, wrap the lower portion of the strap around the axle tube (outboard of the spring) or through the 'C'. Lastly, cinch it down and jack up the vehicle...piece of cake!
FOR YOUR REAR AXLE:
In some cases you may need to be creative, but most vehicles have a hole in the frame directly above the spring perch. Use this hole to mount the open hook end. Then wrap the lower end around the axle tube (outboard of the spring), cinch it down, and jack up the vehicle...very simple!
