We replaced our stock TJ radiator at 30k. Although it wasn't leaking yet, we're much happier knowing that the new one won't be leaking any time soon. The factory radiator in your Jeep Wrangler is a problematic part. The tanks are made of plastic and are crimped to the metal portion of the radiator. These radiators are notorious for leaking- even with very low miles. We've seen them leaking with as little as 30,000 miles on them!
