We TRY to respond to e-mails within 24 hours. Due to the high volume of e-mail we receive, we cannot always respond in that time frame. During our busiest times, it may be 3-4 days before we can respond to e-mails. We are closed on weekends! If you need a fast response, we suggest contacting us by phone during normal business hours. 

  IF you send an e-mail, PLEASE make sure you ask detailed questions!!!   An e-mail that says something like: "I need a price on a 3.5" lift kit with shocks and shipping" gets us nowhere. MUCH Better to say: "I need a price for a Rubicon Express 3.5" lift kit for a 97 XJ, with OME shocks, shipped to zip code 12345".  Now we've got something to work with!  Even then, there are several 3.5" kits from RE for the XJ, so a kit part# or description would be a big help.

  Due to the many options and upgrades available for so many different kits and products, we strongly recommend calling to get any info you need. This is much more efficient and faster than trying to communicate back & forth via e-mail.
