All New Airflow Snorkels for your Jeep Cherokee XJ!

Finally! After 3 years of our customers asking for them, we now have the awesome Airflow snorkels from Australia in stock! Scroll down for limited time Holiday Sale pricing!

Features & Benefits of the Airflow Snorkel

*Enhanced performance!
Computer designed flow & shortest airflow path with least bends actually enhances engine performance. Some snorkels actually hurt performance.
*Engine Protection from Water & Dust
Raising the air intake point will prevent hydro-locking your engine if you find that water crossing deeper than you thought. Higher air intake point can stop a lot of trail dust from entering the filter.
*Stylish, Off-Road Look
Your XJ will have that unique look that only a snorkel can provide.
*Lower Cost!
Better airflow at less cost than the competitors!
*Works with many aftermarket fender flares
Since the Airflow Snorkel sits higher on the fender, it works with many aftermarket flares when the competition won't!
See pics below-  The Airflow Snorkel (right) sits much higher on the fender. This allows you more room for those aftermarket fender flares!
*Works with your factory fender mounted windshield washer bottle
The competitors product requires removal of the factory washer bottle, which is then replaced with their unit. This adds more time and unnecessary
expense.

Will not work on Jeeps equipped with anti-lock brakes (ABS)

The Safari snorkel (above) hangs well below the fender crease line. Bushwacker and other flares will not work with this snorkel.

The Airflow Snorkel sits much higher on the fender, allowing you to run those bigger tires and flares more easily!

Here's the Airflow with the Bushwacker flares. As you can see, there is no interference between the two.

Airflow Snorkel Performance Data

Airflow archived testing results from a 3”/ 75mm air system

The Airflow snorkel delivered appx 140% of FREE AIR at the snorkel inlet. (A competitor delivered only 80%)

In turn, this means that due to friction loss, 100% to 120% airflow is still achieved  at the air cleaner inlet, based on the requirement of the engine at maximum allowable RPM.

That’s the full required MAX engine airflow capability standing still! Much more efficient than a tested competitor!

It gets better-
At speed, airflow is actually increased in the form of boost!
Boost at 36MPH- Appx 10% - 15%
Boost at 48MPH – Appx 30% - 40%
Boost at 60MPH – Appx 50% - 60%

To sum it all up, this means up to an 8% increase in combustion efficiency for your jeep, which means better performance and gas mileage!

Of course, actual results will vary based on a number of variables, (air temperature, condition/type of air cleaner, etc) but the hard data actually shows a real increase in efficiency.

That’s a modification worth having!

How It's Done

Check out the shorter air path of the Airflow snorkel. Straight through the fender and into the rear of the air box. The other snorkel available in the USA for your XJ has a much longer airflow path and more bends before reaching the air box. Airflow cfm testing actually shows a real performance enhancement, rather than a loss! This setup actually utilizes the full filtering area of your air filter better than a front entry set-up.
